Registration for our 2026 summer camps is now open!
Our camps will be primarily outdoors and children should dress appropriately for the weather and come with a water bottle. We will provide a small snack each day. The weekly fee Mon-Thursday is $130 ($150 for Theatre in the Woods (6/22- 6/28, Mon-Fri.) and there is a 20% discount for siblings. About our Camps:
Forest and Farm Adventures (Ages 3-7)
In Forest & Farm Adventures camp, children will spend their days immersed in nature — building fairy houses, splashing in creeks, digging in the garden, and caring for the farm. Through storytelling, imaginative play, simple wilderness skills, nature crafts, and hands-on harvesting, children will deepen their connection to the earth in a joyful and developmentally nurturing way. We’ll pick fresh veggies and herbs straight from the garden, taste what we grow, and help prepare simple farm-fresh snacks together. Please bring a water bottle and change of clothes!
Forest and Farm adventures (Ages 7-13)
This week is designed for our older adventurers who are curious about wilderness skills, sustainable farming, and farm-to-table cooking. Campers will explore the forest while learning practical skills like shelter building, as well as playing a variety of nature based games. On the farm, they’ll harvest seasonal produce and prepare simple, delicious recipes using ingredients they gather themselves. Through teamwork, outdoor challenges, and shared meals, campers will grow confidence, independence, and a deeper understanding of where their food comes from. This week is full of real-world skills, meaningful connection, and unforgettable outdoor adventures.

Theater in the Woods (Ages 7-13)
Roots of Life and Theatre-on-Cedar in the Woods join together, bringing Carrollton’s youth a unique opportunity to create and perform their own one-act play. Through improv and team building games, sound and movement exploration, guided meditation, and storytelling techniques, campers will create and bring their one-act to performance by the end of the week. Campers will learn to identify and prepare all of the basic elements needed for their show to be born– from script, costume design, set, and props to acting, character movement, and vocal techniques–all in a culture of caring and consideration for the unique alchemy of each participant in relation with one another and the natural forest amphitheater. This camp promises to bring about a very special performance opportunity.
